The name Eve Adam gave to his wife after the Fall. Eve was created from the rib of Adam during his sleep: “and God impose an act on Adam, and have time, and taking one from his ribs and fill him with flesh in his place. And the Lord God created a rib, taking a hedgehog from Adam, into a wife, and lead you to Adam. And Adam's speech: behold, now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh, this will be called a wife, as if this was taken from her husband ”
