Simeon (Stefan) (romania. Simion Ștefan; + 1656), Metropolitan of Transylvanian, saint. Commemorated on April 24. He studied at the Academic College in Alba Iulia, monasticism in a Romanian monastery in the same city. In 1643 he was elected Metropolitan of Ardyal with his residence in Alba Iulia
