“Dostoino Est” (Old Greek Ἄξιόν ἐστιν, Greek Άξιον εστίν) is an Orthodox prayer widely used in worship. The church tradition attributes the authorship of the text to Cosma Mayumsky. The Prayer Is Worthy is always accompanied by the chorus "The Most Honorable Cherub" (which is also used as a refrain of the Gospel song of the Virgin and as an independent prayer)
