The Church of Saints Kosma and Damian of the village of Daleshevo, Gorodenkovsky district, Ivano-Frankivsk region was built in 1772. It is in this parish church of a small village on Pokutta in the highlands of the main altar that the miraculous image of the Mother of God of Daleshiv is located.
