The miraculous image of the Most Holy Theotokos Gerontissa is located in the Pantokrator monastery on Mount Athos. The supposedly miraculous image is a gift to Pantokrator of the first builder of this monastery, the Byzantine emperor Alexei I Komnenos. Some scholars believe that "Gerontissa" is a copy of the revered mosaic icon of the Most Holy Theotokos "Hearing Hearts" from the Constantinople monastery Pantokrator
